Oluwasegun has over twenty-four (24) years hands-on experience in Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Tax Management, Consulting, Business Strategy Formulation, Investment Management, Treasury Operations, Risk Management, Credit Control, and Budgetary Control. His career experience cuts across the Financial Sector including Insurance, Investment Banking, Stock Broking, Asset Management and Real Estate. 

Oluwasegun is an accomplished financial management and business leader with twenty-four years of expertise in fostering corporate expansion through the implementation of industry-best financial practices in the workplace. Expertly guides business decisions by developing strategies that enhance functional areas of the company, including information technology, general operations, human capital development, finance and investment administration. Proactively guides compliance with regulatory standards as well as achievement of business objectives.

Oluwasegun holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s in accounting from Babcock University with Specialisation in Strategic Financial Management and also Ph.D in Accounting from same University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Distinguish Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. He is equally an authorised dealing cleck of the Nigeria Exchange Group (NGX) 

Oluwasegun started his career with Olusola Adekanola & Co (Chartered Accountant) as a Trainee. In this role, he carried out several Tax consultancy services. In 2001, he joined Oasis Insurance Company Limited (Now FBN General Insurance Ltd) He also worked with Farsight Consultancy Services, Calag Capital Limited and LeadCapital Plc before joining Unitrust Insurance Company Limited as the  Chief Finance Officer and Head of Support Services, where he is responsible for the entire financial reporting of the company (Management and regulatory reporting), budgetary, financial planning and analysis, credit monitoring, Supervise Human Resources, Administrative and Information technology department as well as investment operations.
