John Segun Kolawole brings to bear two decades of exemplary leadership and expertise in Accounts and Audit. He has worked in leading companies, especially in ICT Sector as an Internal Auditor in Technology Distributions Ltd, later moved to Task Systems Ltd as an Accountant. He was the Head of Accounts and Finance at Zinox Technologies Ltd before joining Unitrust Insurance. He was recently appointed as the Chief Internal Auditor of Unitrust Insurance Company Limited.

Segun possesses competencies in Internal Audit, Accounts, Internal Control, Data Analysis, Strategic planning among others. He has attended various conferences and trainings in Risk Management, Data Protection AML/CFT/CPF and Information Security and Management Systems (ISMS).

He holds a BSc. degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System). He has certifications in data analytics and SQL.

He is currently the Chief Internal Auditor of Unitrust Insurance Company Limited.
